Pity I can't add another star (or heart)

I'd really been looking forward to trying this one, such was the hype. One day, at the Benefit stand, I was told by the girls that, because of the texture of this product and also my skin type, I was gonna love this, and they were absolutely right! It was also the day I had Lollitint tried on, but I already had my say about Lollitint, so back to Big Easy. Now, I'm wearing this everyday.
I apply it over cleansed and moisturized skin. I love how this product looks on the face once it is applied. And I think my skin looks a little better since I've been using this. However, if there is a spot that is a little persistent, nothing like a little Boi-ing to hush it. Powder are rendered optional, you can use powder with this or not. Personally, just a very slight go at Agent Zero Shine with this will do.
How much time it can save you if you want to look pretty but must make it to your work in time is one of its best things. And for someone with my complexion, it also impresses me very favourably how well the shades seem to adjust, after having tried them. Light to medium, which is the one I bought, fits me quite nicely. And even Medium gives me a very nice touch of colour without making me look too heavily madeup.
The only problem might be that it is a little pricey, but I think it is worth every cent it costs.
Loved that it's makes skin feel comfortable, so soft, natural

Candy for cheeks and lips

As usual, I get to know about all that's going to be released through your website, and when I first saw this tint, the first thing I noticed was the very nice bottle. The colour looked both interesting and promising. Of course, what I didn't like so much was how long it took to have it here in Spain, but now we do have it.
However, one day after work, when I stepped into one branch of our local department store headed to the Benefit stand, I wasn't after this, mainly because I was after the new Big Easy, which has become quite a hit for me, and also because I didn't know this had been released as well. I had Big Easy tried on me and, of course, had Lollitint tried on as well, both on cheeks and lips. And I loved the orchid shade at once, how it looked. And I bought both Big Easy and Lollitint.
Like its other sisters, Lollitint can be worn both on cheeks and lips, and can be worn solo and with other lipglosses (if you so choose), BOP's (the natural choice would be Hervana, but Dandelion wouldn´t be a bad alternative at all) and even lipsticks. On cheeks, I think just one coat suffices, whereas on lips it is as buildable as you want it to be.
Loved that it's very nice mauve shade, buildable

It was last summer when I saw this in the website, and I was in two minds whether to order it or not, but in the end I decided to wait. I think muy patience has been rewarded.
This product has Bathina's wonderful and sensuous aroma, and I find the bottle package to be handier than the puff from the red box, and I'm really fond of the red box.
I really, really must explore its use as massage oil, It must be quite an experience.
Loved that it's delightful scent

Perfect matte lightness

I had seen some publicity of it in Facebook and, of course, that sufficed, as usual, to have my curiosity aroused about it. Having the product shown to me one day in a Sephora when I was going to restock on Stay Flawless and Bathina, also did a lot to make me want to have it, but it still wasn't available, so I still had to wait a couple of weeks.
It goes without saying it was worth the wait. Now it has become a fundamental part of my makeup:
1. The very packaging itself, how you can remove the lid so powder are to be tapped inside. Then, you remove the brush and dip it in the powder and have a go with it all over your face. Besides, you can carry it in your bag if you want to. It's just that handy.
2. The powder is supposed to be a complement for the Porefessional, but I think it can be an excellent complement for any foundation as well. I'm surprised at how light it is and how natural and matte skin looks.
I hope this product will go on and on for years. Very well done!

To begin with, the design for the box is lovely, it reminds me of those magazines I used to read when I was a kid. You open it, and it turns out that there is even more to this lovely kit than meets the eye:
-The Porefessional: Always useful to have. This pore minimizer comes in very handy to conceal pores, to blend with other concealers (Boi-ing for instance) and other primers (preferably That Gal), and it has a very nice smell.
-Benetint: Another item that shouldn't be given a miss in any makeup bag, it is quite a gift for both cheeks and lips and it has a charming aroma of roses. In your lips you can layer on if you so wish, and if you want to add a lipstick or a lipgloss on top of it, you're quite welcome to it. In your cheeks, just one go will do. The brush contained in the product is usually the tool to apply it with, but, when it comes to applying it on my cheeks, I've recently taken to applying it with my fingertips. I just wash my hands afterwards and that's that.
-Gimme fever/Dandelion: I'd already known the gimme fever blush from the The Rich is back kit, it has a lovely shade. And Dandelion is a classic, it needs no introduction. Together make a lovely combination to apply directly on cheeks. As to applying it on top of Benetint... I'd only do it if very little amounts of them were applied, so as not to overload the look.
-They're real!: It is really idle for me to say more about this. I've already written about how I love it and I think that, at present, it is enough.
-The eyeshadows: Leaving the best for last... Well, what can I say? The four of them are lovely, whatever way you look at them. The difference is that two of them belong to your collection, Gilt-y pleasure and Kiss me, I'm tipsy, whereas the other two, Tickle my Ivory and Shimmer down, SHOULD belong to your collection. In any case, the four of them work quite alright together, they enhance any eye colour. The first time I used these eyeshadows, I combined them with creaseless cream eyeshadow in Bikini tini for a luminosity extra, but of course, they can be worn and flaunted by themselves.
Perhaps the only item in this lovely kit that may remain unused by me is the double-ended sponge applicator, since I would have preferred a brush. Otherwise, this kit is utterly lovely and also useful.
Loved that it's very pretty outside and useful inside, perfect

A very glamorous Christmas...

Since I was a child I'd heard of advent calendars, the only difference being. of course, one delicious chocolate figure was waiting for you behind every little door. And that still holds in these days; this year, it has an ideal partner in this Countdown to love.
As for this one, I'd heard a lot about it. It was in a Sephora where I got it. Right now I don't remember what I'd been in that Sephora for (to restock on something, most likely), and one of the girls told me about this, very enthusiastically, and I should get it because they were to run out of it very quickly. Since I didn't want to lose one, I made a reservation by giving my mobile number to the girl, so she could give me a ring as soon they got them, and she was kind enough to do so. At the moment of buying it, the price, even with the discount, drew me back for an instant, but I didn't want to let it slip away, so I bought it. It also impressed me how big it was, it took me some time to find a good place to keep it until December 1st.
And I've waited until December 1st to open the first little door and find the deluxe mini CORALista. Sometimes, the wait's been a little slow because I'd been looking forward to looking into all the little treasures and there's always the temptation to open the box before December... Today, deluxe mini Stay don't stray has greeted me. Let's see what I find tomorrow...

I think it was about two years and a half ago when this first appeared. I was surprised by its mango colour the first time I was introduced to it, and fell in love with how it looked on my lips when I had it tried on in a Sephora, just a go sufficed to make me buy it, though I learnt later that I could layer on if I so wished; and wish, I sometimes did. I love how it looks solo and with some lipglosses; of course, it also leaves a lovely colour on your cheeks. You must remember to blend quickly. And you can also mix it with highlighters (Sunbeam, Highbeam...), apply some CORALista on top... You name it.
Loved that it's perfect coral, buildable, lovely on cheeks and lips, perfect

The first shade I bought was Frisky Business, followed a few weeks later by Tuttie Cutie and Wing Woman and, today, Dare me and Fling Thing. Frisky Business and, especially, Wing Woman, are, I think, two lovely neutrals and Tuttie Cutie is the first shade I got tried on. Alas, unfortunately, I couldn't buy it the day I got it tried on because it wasn't available yet, but I promised myself it would be mine as soon as it was available. It looks lovely both solo and with Chachatint, if you feel like combining both at any particular moment. As for Dare me and Fling Thing, they are lovely to wear by themselves or even mixed.
The vintage package it has is lovely, it's one of the things I love most about it. As for texture, it is nicely moisturizing, but I miss some more creaminess in it.
Loved that it's Moisturizing, lovely colours, adorable package

I wanted to try this one, to see if it really lived up to the hype. Plus, I also wanted to restock on Bathina, which I'd run out of. The girl who tried it on my face tried it first on my wrist: indeed, it was a bit hard to remove. That sufficed to make me buy it. The fact that the shade indeed seems to change didn't bother me in the slightest.
As far as my personal experience with it is concerned, I've reached a few conclusions :
-The application is easy and fast : the blending of primer and foundation, however, MUST be fast and isn't really that easy.
-Moreover, it is much better, if not actually the best way, to do it with your own fingers. Therefore, if you're considering using the foundation brush, forget about it. You may find it hard to work with when it comes to blending foundation and this primer.
-So far the trick of applying this primer and then the foundation in sections is the one I've followed, and I reckon it's a very good trick.
-When I had this tried on, I had first That Gal, then Porefessional and finally Stay Flawless with HFOW in Honey on top. When I tried the experiment the next day, I saw this primer, to work better (that is, to make foundation last longer), can't have any other primer.
-You've got to be really fast when applying foundation so that it can be well blended with this primer. I pour some foundation on my hand (not much, it's an advantage you don't really need so much) to use the amount I need, IMMEDIATELY AFTER applying the primer.
I'm trying to make the most of this one. 15 hours of durable foundation? Well, it does its best.
Loved that it's cute design, easy fast application

One day, after work, about two weeks ago, I stepped into a Sephora with the intention of getting a fresh supply of boo boo zap. I had also seen another kit, One Prime Day, I think its name was, when one of the girls showed me this one, and it filled my eyes at once. Perhaps the price drew me back for an instant, but, considering that the jar of it's potent that I've got at home seems to be asking for a backup, and this kit contains a full-sized it's potent, there was no more thinking to be done. Besides, the fact that I needn't concern myself about Triple Performing for quite some time either is another advantage. The mini sizes of Total Moisture and Porefessional are another plus to the kit, they always come quite handy in any ocasion.
Kits such as this one should ALWAYS be available because they contain products essential to your beauty routine.
Loved that it's practical, big lovely reusable box, should always be available

Work with Big Easy?

How well could this work with Big Easy? Not that it's already available in Spain (it certainly isn't), but as soon as it will be, I'd like to have it and I would like to know how well both this and Big Easy could work. I'm thinking of applying first this one and then, Big Easy, but all suggestions are welcome...

What shade is the women in the picture applying on her face?

Her complexion seems to be the same color as mine and I am torn between light and light/medium. I do not want to go to0 light and the swatches illustrated are not helping.
I'd say Medium, but light tends to tamper with the shades sometimes.

Does stay flawless feel heavy on the face?

I'm thinking about buying the stay flawless primer, but I heard a few people saying it feels heavy on the face.
If it helps, I have normal to dry skin, and my sister has combination skin, will it work for us ?
I suppose it depends on the customers' individual experiences with it, I don't believe it's got anything to do with your own skin type: some people are delighted with this primer, others won't have it anymore because, for whatever reason, they've had a bad experience with it. If you want to know if it will feel heavy on your face, go to a boutique or to a stand (if you happen to have one in your citiy) and have it tried on, it's the best way to know.

What would be a good combination of shadows for blue eyes? I wear honey foundation to give you idea of skin tone. Thanks!

Blue eyes look great in practically everything (neutrals, greys, blues...). If you want something in the neutral range, try, for example, creaseless cream shadow in my two cents and combine it with longwear powder shadow in gilty pleasure and kiss me, I'm tipsy. You can even wear a little bit of creaseless cream shadow in bikini tini in the corners of your eyes for some light.

Eye bright vs. high brow?

Hi! I am really interested in purchasing either high brow or eye bright - I just don't know witch one. I want something that I can use in my inner corners, under my brows and in my waterline, to brighten everything up. Witch one will be best for all of those things? And will either of then even last in my waterline. And lastly does either of then have shimmer?
I really hope you will help, as I'm kind of torn.
Thanks!

- Anna :-)
Hi:

Neither High Brow nor Eye Bright have any real shimmer (although High Brow Glow has a little shimmer to it, in case you're interested in it), to begin with. High Brow goes under your eyebrows, both as an eyelift and to highlight your brows, whereas you can use Eye Bright for your waterline if you like. Eye Bright also goes in the inner and the outer corners of your eyes, to give luminosity to them. Draw an arrowtip in the outer corner of your eye and apply a little more in the inner corner of your eye and then blend.
As you can see, both products have different uses. It depends on what you really want to highlight.
