Lovable and lasting colours

The first shade I got was Thanks a latte, which was in your The bronze of champions kit, together with one of the new creaseless cream eyeshadows (incidentally, my favourite one as a base, Bikini-tini), and the first impression was a very nice one, though surpassed by the ones I got later, which are Nude swings, Call my bluff (which you can wear both under your eyebrows and in the inner corner or your eyes) and Kiss me, I'm tipsy, which I believe to be beautiful colours in the brown range, and my eye is also on Gilt-y pleasure.
Other colours, such as Pause for applause, Milk it or Blingo!, I also intend to consider, all in good time. I would have liked it very much if you had kept a few remaining colours from the velvet eyeshadow line, like you have done with the creaseless cream eyeshadows (in which case you've kept R.S.V.P, Birthday Suit and Skinny Jeans), and one of the colours that I would loved to have seen "reprieved" (so to speak) is Raining Men, I hope I won't have to miss it for a very long time, even though it should have another name.
All in all, I also like this collection of colours very much, the colours complement themselves and those of the cream eyeshadows perfectly; I love how pigmented and luminous they are. Their packaging is adorable, and I hope they've also come to stay for a very long time.
Way to go, Benefit!
Loved that it's quite bright, very pigmented, lovely colours too, lovable package

First of all, congratulations for keeping such magnificent colours such as R.S.V.P, Birthday Suit and Skinny Jeans. The first two are lovely neutrals that are perfect bases for absolutely any eyeshadow -cream or powder-, including the latter, and also the Badgal liners. There are seven more colours, but I already have my favourites. One of those favourites is No pressure!, which could be excellent both as an eyeliner both over your upper lashes and under your lower lashes, and also for a smokey eye effect in neutral shades; and as a base, my king is Bikini-tini, because it goes with absolutely EVERYTHING (powder eyeshadows -it looks lovely with, for example, Nude swings, Thanks-a-latte or Kiss me, I'm tipsy-, other Creaseless Cream Eyeshadows -No pressure!, for example, Skinny Jeans or even Holy Smokes!-...).
Lovely, lasting shades, you don't even need to wear a primer with them. I was pretty surprised when, last Sunday, I was wearing precisely Bikini-tini and at night, shortly before removing my makeup, it hadn't gone into the crease of my eyelid. And the packaging is lovely. I hope this collection is here to stay, and stay for a very long time. May two thumbs up go to them!
Loved that it's creaseless, lasting, lovely colours, pigmented

Glamour and silky feel to my lips

I'd been looking forward to this collection, waiting almost impatiently for its arrival and now that most of it is available on boutiques and Sephoras (except lipsticks, obviously), I couldn't but give it a try. As for the ultra plush lip glosses, the first thing that surprised me, at least when looking at the colour range, is that there are just six colours, whereas there are more ultra shines, for example. However, as soon as I actually tried one of these new ultra plush lip glosses (I tried it first on my hand, to see the colour payoff), after I removed it with a tissue, I was shocked in a very positive way at the silky feel of my hand in the area where I had applied a little bit of the product. The colour I got tried on was Poutrageous!, it was applied on top of Posie Tint and it looked really good. It's the first one I've bought, but I don't rule out getting more. Plus, the packaging is really lovable.
I hope the colour range will get expanded.
Loved that it's silky-smooth, not sticky at all

Even though Triple Performing works for my skin type just fine, one day one of the girls suggested I use Total Moisture, since I have very sensitive skin which can be dehydrated sometimes. Since then, I use Triple Performing in the mornings and leave Total Moisture as a night moisturizer. Just a little chickpea of moisturizer suffices to keep the moisture on my skin, since its texture is denser than Triple Performing's.

This was released as the match for one of my favourite BOP's, Sugarbomb, and, together with Coralista and Dallas, it completes the trio of my favourite ultra plush lip glosses. I like wearing this with the blush, obviously, as its match; I also love wearing it solo and how it looks on top of Posie Tint.

A collection of personal favourites

This was on sale as of September last year in Sephora, together with its two sisters, and as soon as I had both the time and the money, I bought them. I love the three of them, but if I was asked which one of the three I like best, after thinking it over, I'd choose this one. A very minor problem I find, a trifle really (so meaningless that no hearts are lost in the rating) is that including High Beam in all the kits as highlighter is a little repetitive (and I really, really like High Beam, mind you, so don't get me wrong); but in the case of Go Tropicoral, perhaps Sun Beam would have been more to the purpose. Overall, the kit is great:
-It includes my favourite lip/cheek stain, Cha Cha Tint. I love the way it looks on my lips and also on my cheeks. When you apply it on your cheeks, you must make sure to blend it quickly.
-My favourite BOP, CORALista is also there, to use solo and over Cha Cha Tint.
-And last, but not least, my favourite ultra plush lip gloss, matching the blush, but I can also use solo.
This kit was released last summer, but I use it the four seasons. Once I like something, seasons don't matter to me.
Loved that it's coral perfection all over

I was at sixes and sevens with this product at first, I admit. I liked the box; the smell surprised me, I didn't believe a product for the face could have such a smell but I didn't dislike it in the least, but I kept on postponing its purchase, as if I wasn't utterly convinced of its properties. I finally bought it, but it disappointed me. I used on top of my foundation and powder and it rubbed a lot of it off, so I eventually removed what was left of it and began again, but without Dr. Feelgood. In the days that followed I tried different combinations with it, this time applying it under my foundation, but the final result disappointed me as well, because I found the result to be muddy, as if it hadn't been correctly blended all over your face. One day, one girl at the local department store applied Dr. Feelgood on me first, then That Gal (with some concealer on) and then some Hello Flawless powder) and it looked ok, but I didn't give it another try. I said to myself that I was being hasty, that perhaps I should give it that try.
Well, one day, beginning my Easter holidays, I began watching your "how-to" videos, and I don't think I can't thank you enough for the Dr. Feelgood one, because it was the one that had me give Dr. Feelgood the go it deserves. I made some mistakes, though, but mistakes are necessary, because they help you learn and advance. I began applying Dr. Feelgood over one of the playsticks, and I did it by patting it with the sponge, which is how I think Dr. Feelgood MUST be applied. So far, so good. It rubbed off a little bit of the playstick, but not half as much as it would have had I done it the way I used to (sweeping all over the face with it, which isn't a bad idea if you're applying it directly on your skin and you're not wearing any foundation at all). My mistake was applying powder afterwards, the makeup looked flaky. Then, I wanted to know how Dr. Feelgood performed with HFOW and SKAG (I already knew that it performed quite alright with the playsticks, the only thing NOT to do was to add powder). I used HFOW alone and HFOW with Fine One One with Dr. Feelgood on top of both combinations, and the results satisfied me. My face looked matte but neither muddy or flakey. And neither did my face look muddy or flaky when using SKAG alone and SKAG with Cha Cha Tint on my cheeks. And I intend to keep on investigating what other possible combinations it could have.
To wrap it all up, I think I'm getting the hang of this, I believe it is a very good product, something you can wear both solo and in company of foundation; if you wear it with foundation, it can go under or over it. You can carry it in your bag in case you want to sneak to the bathroom (if you're not at home) for a touchup. The fact that I can't use it with both HFOW and Hello Flawless powder without it looking muddy and flaky irks me; but, on the other hand, using Dr. Feelgood with either one, preferably the former, is another alternative when I'm pressed for time from monday to friday and want to make it to my work on time. The sponge must be kept clean for Dr. Feelgood to be efficient (as happens with most tools). I like the smell a lot and the box is quite cute. In fact, once I run out of the product, I may find another use for the box.
Loved that it's very good mattifier, very nice smell, very cute box

I'm not the kind of woman to show dark circles under her eyes. However, if no age signs are still visible on my face (I'm 41) and neither are the stress signs (and I'm undergoing a lot lately, for personal circumstances), I think I've got this fellow to thank. I've been using this for a year (perhaps a little longer) and I like its texture, my sensitive skin feels comfortable with it.

Even though once in a while I indulge in fragrances that are slightly hotter, sultrier and spicier (like Gina, which I find very sensual as well), my favourite fragrances are, undeniably, fresher and more floral. I love them because I believe them to be perfect for day, for night, for all days of the week and for the four seasons; they're perfect for work, for leisure... Leelee is the perfect example of what I'm talking about, but it's not Leelee I intend to write about, since I already did.
One day, before a makeup session, the girl sprinkled a little Eva on me. I liked it, but it's taken me some time to get to like it. The fondness has been a slow, but steady one. Somehow, it's very slightly similar to Leelee (after all, both are floral), but of course, very different. A little bit behind each ear and a little bit in my neckline are all I need to feel fresh and sexy at once.
I already said that shower gels and body milks for each and every one of your fragrances should be launched, and I still hold to that: they'd contribute to a bigger staying power of the fragrances.
Loved that it's delightful, lovely floral florally lovely, so fresh

And that's a lot to say from someone who, until very recently, only went for matte textures for lip colours (I still love matte textures, but not exclusively). Anyway: my first contact with the ultra shines was through the I'm glam... therefore I am kit, where Life on the A list was included. I liked the bubble gum pink, but what I didn't imagine was that ALMOST EVERY KIT (Her name was Glowla, I'm glam... therefore I am, Ticket to Glossytown -which I got and about which I'll elaborate a little-, She's so jetset! and Away we glow!) you would be launching would include it and... honestly, it is a lovely shade, certainly, but there are quite a few more that deserve to be given a chance to be included in a kit. However, the first one I bought was Spiked Punch, and I bought it because I loved how it looked being applied over Chachatint, though it also looks lovely if applied solo, and it is one of those that are included in the Ticket to Glossytown kit. Besides, I think it is a much better match for Her name was Glowla and Away we Glow as far as shade undertone is concerned than Life on the A list. So frisk me! and Foxy Lady are also lovely, and the amethyst shade that Kiss you has, I find very nice. Nudie-tude was quite a discovery for me as of last spring, I loved its payoff once its on your lips, very natural. I looked everywhere for nookienookie (talking about the name of this shade, after trying to write it in quite a few answers for some questions and being told that my answer could not be published because I was supposedly using unproper language, if, writing it like this I can get this review published, I'll say thanks a million to the reviewer who mentioned this shade, wrote it like this and got her review published), and, after being utterly unable to find it, I decided to order it... and, once I saw the lovely shade that it was, quite rightly. Another shade I bought was Who are you wearing?, about which I was also very curious, and I liked it. What I didn't like was the spongey applicator it had, whereas the others had the brush applicator, which I like much, much better.
To sum up, I think my favourite ultra shines here are Spiked Punch, Nudie-Tude and Nookienookie. Your new collection isn't still available in Spain, I think it will be in May, more or less. I'll look forward to it. Meanwhile, I'll enjoy what I've still got.
Loved that it's Moisturizing, juicy

I want my eye shadow to stay put. Is it better to have the 'stay put' concealer, or 'cream shadow' or both? & why pls!

Stay don't stray is a wonderful primer for both eyeshadows and concealers; it's quite alright if you apply it before cream and powder eyeshadows for them to stay put, but in the case of these eyeshadows they're not going to last less on your eyelids if you give the primer a miss.

For a gorgeous "gaze at me glow" sweep this loose rose-gold finishing powder over your complexion & decollete. All it takes is...one hot minute! The accompanying custom brush dusts on the perfect amount of powder for a beautiful sheen. Tinted for radiance on all skin tones...anytime, anywhere!

How does this do on dark skin

I am a dark skinned latina , and I am wondering if this product really is a one color fits all? I so love benefit but I feel benefit makeup is so hard to match on my dark skin.
The golden rose colour of one hot minute is for all complexions, yes. If you want to know how it will look on you, go to a Benefit boutique or a retail counter and have it tried on you. One hot minute has a slight shimmer to it, so you may have to decide whether you like your complexion to look glowy or you'd rather it has a matte look, in which case, other alternatives, such as Hoola, might be preferable for you.

It's the mascara that's beyond belief! This jet-black mascara lengthens, curls, volumizes, lifts & separates lashes for a spectacular "out-to-here" look. The exclusive brush is specially designed to maximize the performance of the long-wearing, glossy formula-revealing lashes you never knew you had! Staggered bristles grab close to the root, boosting length & volume beyond belief. The precision bristles on the custom-domed tip lift, define & curl even your tiniest lashes. The end result...luxurious, silky lashes that won't smudge, clump or dry out.

Which mascara is better? They're Real or Bad Gal

I have really long, semi thick lashes. When I use mascara from the drugstore my lashes get a little clumped and flare out in an unflattering way. Which mascara is better for getting perfectly curled lashes with just a little volume?
Personally speaking, I prefer They're Real! because of the length it gives to my eyelashes. However, if what you want is some volume, what you can do is apply a coat of They're Real!, not only for length but also for curl, and then a coat of Badgal for volume, to get the best of both mascaras.

Since it says that it has sesame seed oil, will it cause pimples to acne prone skin?

My skin is very sensative, and I have to use oil free products, but this highlighter has such a nice color that I want to use it but I'm afraid that I'll clog my pores and or get pimples.
The next time you go to a Benefit boutique to buy anything, ask for a sample or two of Girl Meets Pearl to try at home. It's the only way of knowing for sure whether it will be good for your skin. Better safe than sorry.
