It will work for darker complexions, but the result will not be same. This is a contour kit, so the lit color and crease color mimick shades found on light to light-medium skin. The lid base color is much brighter than dark skin, so instead it will open up the eyes, and brighten the eye color.

That is an error, the directions or Some Kinda Gorgeous in the Cabana Glama box were copied directly from the full size version of Some Kind Gorgeous. My first recommendation would be to buy a brush. It applies better and will last you years. But if you do like sponges fear not, drugstores will sell large packs of one time use sponges. I recommend this because reusing the same sponge over and over can be unsanitary and create make up build up.

Watts Up, and High Beam have similar uses. They should be placed in places you wish to highlight such as the cheekbone or under the brow or down your nose. The colors are obviously different, as are the textures. Watts Up is a cream, and high beam is a liquid. Both would be fine on your skin it's just a matter of what shade you'd like.

One Hot Minute is a finishing powder and bronzer. After completing your face just powder your face with it to set the make up and allow for a slight bronzy glow.

Girl Meets Pearl is commonly used as a highlighter like Watts up and High beam, but it's original purpose is for an all over glow. Before blush or highlighter i like to dab it all over my face with a blush brush. Other ways i've seen people use it:
-Mixing it with That Gal for an even all over glow.
-Mixing it with liquid foundation to brighten up a dull face.
-Dabbing it on their decolletage for beautiful skin

I have eczema and I have never had a problem with it. Generally thicker powders-- like mineral powders-- can have a drying effect. These blushes are extremely light weight. If you are concerned, a little of That Gal or Triple Performing moisturize underneath will help a great deal.
