How to fix dried up creaseless cream shadows?

I have RSVP and I love it, but it's starting to get dried up and hard. Is there anyway to rejuvenate it and make it creamy again?

It really depends on how dried up the shadow has become. If it is only slightly dried up, you can add a few drops of eye make-up remover, and stir it very well. But, if it is dried up and hard, it is time to toss it.
