Because my skin's so oily, I only wear powders -- but hated how powders (including minerals) never seemed to give me the amount of coverage I wanted on my uneven skin tone, and then emphasized my lines and pores. Hello Flawless is amazing, though! A couple sweeps over my face and the redness practically disappears, while making my skin look so much smoother. After a week or so I switched to a kabuki brush, but found that used up a lot more product with only a tiny bit more coverage. I'm back to using the dinky brush the compact comes with, but it's totally enough to do the trick!

I was nervous about switching to a moisturizer with SPF because my skin is so oily, but fortunately You Rebel doesn't seem to add to any of the oiliness I've just come to expect from my skin no matter what. The bonus of course is that my skin tone is so much more even now; I have yellow-ish skin with redness and freckles plus the occasional breakout... yikes, there's way too much going on with my face! But You Rebel paired with Hello Flawless gives me a really polished look that still seems natural. My only complaint is that You Rebel really does feel like I'm putting a thin layer of sunblock on and gives my face a coat of shine -- so I don't like wearing this alone. Bummer.

What's the difference between these eyeshadows and the ones in the Big Beautiful Eyes palette?
The three powder shadows in this palette seem really similar to the ones in Big Beautiful Eyes... can anyone who's had access to both explain the difference? I already have BBE but it's a little too pinkish and shimmery for me, wondering if this is more neutral/matte. Thanks!

How well does this work with a tinted moisturizer?
I'm loving the b.right cleanser and facial polish, and am interested in getting this toner. Has anyone tried using it with a tinted moisturizer afterward, such as You Rebel? I love tinted moisturizer and don't want to give up the extra (yet light) coverage I get. I do use the emulsion at night and on no-makeup days (which is just enough for my combination skin -- the cream was a bit too much!). Anyway, would love to hear how this performs, like if the tinted moisturizer goes on better or if it's harder to blend, if it gets too dry or too oily or just right, etc. Thanks!

what order do you put on eye products (lemonaid, erase paste, primer, foundation, eyeshadow)?
I have the confessions kit, and I was curious what order you put on your eye makeup. I was debating between: eye primer (like UDPP), lemonaid/erase paste, then foundation, then eyeshadow, OR lemonaid/erase paste, foundation, primer, shadow. Thoughts?
I use my eye primer first (UDPP), then apply my eyeshadow, follow it with Boing to "clean up" any stray shadow (a trick I stole from a Benefit Youtube video on the Big Beautiful Eyes palette!) and I finish with Hello Flawless to help "set" the Boing under my eyes (avoiding my eyelids of course). I used to use Lemonaid and Erase Paste religiously, but I've gotten lazy -- my all-over lid shadow pretty much covers up discoloration, and the Boing is quicker because I don't have to unscrew a lid off a jar. :) But, if I weren't in a rush, I'd use Lemonaid after the primer and before eyeshadow, and still use Erase Paste after eyeshadow for a clean look and top it off with powder for last.

how long does this product usually last if you are using ''confessions of a concealaholic'' to under it.
i dont wear too much foundation or too often either i just dont want to purchase if it does not last very long.
On average I guess I have to re-purchase after 4-6 months. However, I recently switched to a bigger powder brush that still picks up the powder left in the corners, so I've been getting a lot of use out of my current compact! I have a new one on-hand that I bought a couple months ago, but I'm surprised I haven't had to crack it open yet. I use my Hello Flawless with That Gal primer and Boing concealer (both in the Confessions of a Concealaholic kit) so really the powder just helps me even out and I don't need too much.

How do I sharpen the instant brow pencil????
I went through two of these pencils sharpening normally with some cheap $2 sharpener I bought at Target. Sometimes it broke the lead and I'd lose a little product, but I thought that was normal and just something that happened. Recently, though, I bought a double-barreled sharpener by Sephora for $5 and it's so much better for this pencil since the waxy lead is very soft. Now I don't have any of the product breaking off, and it makes a very pointed tip so I can get super precise! I haven't tried Benefit's sharpener, so I can't say how it compares, but I do recommend buying a decent sharpener for a few extra bucks because you will enjoy your pencil so much more (and it may last longer!).

Does this work for Asians?
I'm half-Chinese. I have black eyebrows and dark brown hair, and light skin. Will this look okay on me?
I'm half Asian too and I love this pencil in "Deep"! It looks super natural after brushing out with the spoolie because it leaves the hairs themselves looking darkened/thicker without making the skin underneath look painted-on, only tinted. High Brow helps define my brows by upping the contrast so I always use them together. Hope that helps!
