Oily eyelids wont cause it to run. but if you have eyes that water excessively or if you rub your eyes it will smudge.

its not the balm solid state anymore : (
it shouldn't be getting lumpy or dried out. If you just bought it i would exchange it for a new one. Sometimes when items are on the shelf for too long it ruins it.

I'm wondering how "orange" the color is...
its like a melon color. it looks super orange in the bottle but turns into a pinkish orange on the cheeks and lips.

its been discontinued :( but if your looking for something like it.. MAC makes a tanning mouse that washes off just like jiffy tan.

should i go lighter or darker on my coverup for summer?
i'm thinking darker to match my tan but my friends are telling me lighter :(
You could use the same foundation but add a bronzer on top. that way you dont have to be getting a new foundation every time you get a shade darker
